- The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is conducted by the Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur to test the in-depth knowledge and application of the theoretical knowledge.It is a national level test and is the most sought after management entrance after the CAT conducted for admission to IIMs.
